Medicare Advantage Plans
Health Net Medicare Advantage health plans offer all of the benefits covered under Original Medicare and more. Also, most plans include Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. To enroll in a plan, you must be eligible for Medicare Part A and continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium, unless otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party.
Plans offer the basic benefits of Original Medicare plus so much more including:
- $0 or low monthly plan premiums
- $10-20 doctor visit copays, depending on plan
- Prescription Drug plan included
- PPO plans with out of network coverage

Medicare Supplement plans, also known as Medigap, offer you freedom to choose any doctor or specialist who accepts Medicare, with no referral needed. Coverage varies depending on where you live and which plan you select.
